Production & Shipping

​

Each XULT Body Object is precision-engineered and 3D-printed on demand, created individually for the person who orders it.
This process ensures intentional production, material efficiency, and high craft.

​

  • Production time: 7–14 business days

  • Shipping within Korea: 1–3 business days after production

  • International shipping: 5–12 business days depending on destination

 

A tracking number will be provided once your object has shipped.

​

International Customs & Taxes

​

For orders outside of Korea, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges vary by country and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.
If customs fees are refused, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Returns & Exchanges

​

Because every XULT object is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production begins.

However, if your object arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it.

​

Damaged/Defective Items

​

If you receive a damaged object, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

​

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video documenting the issue

  • Unboxing video (optional, but helpful)

 

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds are not available — only replacement for verified damaged items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom / made-to-order products

  • Items showing wear or alteration

  • Items returned without prior authorization
