Welcome to XULT. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of xult.xyz and any related services (the “Site”).
By accessing or purchasing from our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. Products & Orders

​

All XULT Body Objects and accessories are made to order and 3D-printed on demand.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that production begins immediately and:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once production has started

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted except in the case of confirmed damage or defects upon arrival

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or misuse.

 

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in KRW (â‚©) unless otherwise specified.
Prices may change without prior notice.

Payment must be completed at checkout.
We are not responsible for errors by payment providers (e.g., Wix Payments, PayPal, Stripe).

 

3. International Customs & Taxes

​

For orders shipped outside Korea, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

If customs fees are refused or unpaid, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

 

4. Shipping

​

Shipping timelines provided on the Site are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, weather, or other uncontrollable factors.

Ownership of items transfers to the customer once shipped.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

​

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos or video showing the damage

  • Unboxing video if available

Upon verification, we will produce and ship a replacement at no cost.
Refunds are not offered.

6. Intellectual Property

​

All content on this Site — including product designs, text, images, graphics, sound, brand identity, events, and experiences — is the intellectual property of XULT and protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or commercially use any materials without written permission.

7. Personal Use Only

​

XULT products may not be resold, photographed commercially, or used for promotional purposes without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

​

XULT is not responsible for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Losses due to delay or non-delivery

  • Misuse of products

To the fullest extent allowed by law, XULT’s liability is limited exclusively to the replacement value of the purchased product.

9. Changes to Terms

​

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new revision date.
Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
